The Knox prosecution, overseen by Mignini, had problems from the beginning. Knox claimed that Italian authorities interviewed her for a grueling 53 hours over four days.
An Italian Supreme Court reportedly upheld her claims, saying police did not read Knox her legal rights, appoint her a lawyer or even provide an interpreter in Italian.
I just read this for the first time. 53 hours in 4 daysNo wonder she was making up false stories!
I think 'claimed' is the operative word here. She 'claimed' a lot of things that Amanda Knox didn't she, some of which (mainly the incriminating bits) she changed her mind on.
No wonder she was making up false stories!
