Battlefield 3 thread - Server details in opening post -

Xonar DX Here. Very rarely I find that bf3 crashes as soon as its launched but thats maybe 1 in 10. I do find more often that I randomly have no sound when I start the game, need to restart Windows to fix that.

Otherwise game runs fine. Never had it crash in game or freeze.

same here, though I didnt think it was the sound card, do you think it is?

4 rounds, that many kills, just from spamming it at walls, not including the extra kills from just using my assault rifle. Many lulz were had, now I know why everyone plays this map. Try using your assault rifle, it sucks, sucks hard. Just spam grenades like a dumbass and it's free points. :cool:

Doing great in helos now. Absolutely ripping up infantry in the Scout Attack Helos. Want to lock Rocket Pods for them asap!

Never flown on this game till just now with xbox pad and its much easier than BC2 where i spent most of my time upside down.

Not sure, Phenom II X6 1090T at 4Ghz! With SLI GTX460. Can't think of the name but one map is 98% usage constantly while other maps drop when in certain areas. It is still playable though.

Completely broke my helicopter setup trying to bind my joystick correctly. Sometimes even clearing a bind doesn't work either.

Spotting Q is hard coded but you can assign it another key as well, i have it assigned to X.

I keep encountering these magical tanks whilst I'm driving in a tank myself, where with one front on hit they take my tank from 100% to about 40%. I assume it's some kind of bug? as if it thinks it has actually hit the back instead of the front or something...

I actually ended up hunting the people who killed me on my own team.

Team killing should result in losing points from the round and losing points from the players stats and any unlocks associated to the point level.
