Got to agree with this. Especially noticed this on Tehran. There were about 4 or 5 the last time I played just proning away.
 
god why can't DICE just release a sdk so we can make our own maps and fix the bugs for them the whole argument about people wouldn't be able to understand their new engine is silly considering they hired the desert combat mod team

I'm still enjoying it. I only play on 64 player servers and don't seem to have a problem. I also don't get angry with snipers, mortars or people spamming rpg's. These are public servers, what do you expect?

This thread is the reason I don't play on any of the OcUK servers. I want to play how I want. If I feel like sitting on a rock with a sniper rifle I will, I couldn't give a **** about what someone else wants me to do. It's a bloody game!

fortunately I already knew about the GX setting fix.

When it crashes you just get a constant sound loop that cannot be stopped without a reboot.

Used to get it a lot playing Rift and Aion, totally forgot about it till I did a fresh install before BF3 and it set to on by default then had a crash whilst playing.

Is this the source of my problems?! bf3.exe stops working a minimum of 5 times a night with looping sound, fixed by a restart.

I've wasted god knows how many point with this damn crashing :(

You certainly won't get us complaining how you go about playing on our server.

If you cheat on the other hand... well that's a different matter ;) :p
 
Guys, have anyone noticed the ammount of cheaters in this game ? WOW.

I see this every 10mins globaly. I counted yesterday 20 players banned for using aimbot in less than 4 hours.

hmmm, how do you get hold of the Physical Warface pack or unlock it? I have the LE off Origin but don't seem to have the extra weapons...

Go to the Game Filter and simply enter ocuk in the "filter server by name" box and then click Refresh List.

Should pop up all servers which are related to OcUK :)

I want to know this too, i bought to LE edition from GMG which said comes with the extra pack's but dont have the weapons or anything... i know the maps aren't out yet though.
 
For those of you that cant view the pings in the battlelog this little tip works for me, it was mentioned by someone over in the steam forums. Im running IE8 im sure it will work with other as well

Add "battlelog.battlefield.com" to the Trusted Sites list.

Tools->Internet Options->Security->Trusted Sites->Sites

Don't leave the "http://" bit in the URL or it won't work.

Refresh your servers list in battlelog and now you should see all the pings and can sort by it to choose tha fastest one

All I would say is if that's how you want to play then that's fine, just leave the squad you are in or just don't join one. That saves anyone having any expectations of you helping your squad or team.
