Well I went to bed shortly after making this thread last night, and Slept til 7am. So maybe 6hrs 15 or so.
Tonight I think I might attempt to be in bed before 12, which to be honest is classed as an early night for me. I dunno why I just never seem to drag myself to bed earlier
When I was in my early 20's, I got away with 4-6 hours a night. Now in my early 30's, I sleep anywhere from 8-10 hours a night. Well, more like 8 really but I manage the occasional 10. I can deprave myself of almost anything, just not sleep.

Oooh snap! Was thinking the same when I saw the title... I'm an 8 hour snoozer now myself too. Don't even try to catch an extra hour on weekends either anymore
Go to bed before just before 12 and wake up just before 7. So i'd say approx 7 hours sleep a night. And yeah i never feel like getting up in the mornings.
Around 5-5.5 hours a night, although I should really get more sleep there are so many things I would rather do than just sleep. I will probably die rather young though...
Between 3-5 hours on weekdays, possibly as much as 5-7 hours on a weekend. I'm possibly a caffeine addict, as I usually go through lots of coffee and at least two cans of red bull on weekdays so i don't die under a truck on my work commute.
