When I was in my early 20's, I got away with 4-6 hours a night. Now in my early 30's, I sleep anywhere from 8-10 hours a night. Well, more like 8 really but I manage the occasional 10. I can deprave myself of almost anything, just not sleep.
Deprave yourself?! Stop doing that (i.e. deprive yourself) and get some sleep, you pervert.
Oh, and six hours leaves me feeling great. More usually leaves me feeling lethargic for the rest of the day. When my son was a new born I "survived" on 2 but that wasn't a great time.
tend to be in bed by midnight and i either get up at half 6 or half 7 depending on how awake i'm feeling. Most weeks i work lates twice a week and 3 early.
Ha Ha.... I go bed/sleep around 2 or 3am every weeknight and rise around 7:00am so 4 or 5hrs sleep for week nights come the weekend i will have an extra couple of hours in bed on Sat so would rise around 9am but on Sundays it's a extra lie in day to make up for the lack of sleep for the whole week it can be midday or even 2pm ish LOL
Over the years it does have it's toll on the body - the working family mans life
