Oooh snap! Was thinking the same when I saw the title... I'm an 8 hour snoozer now myself too. Don't even try to catch an extra hour on weekends either anymoreWhen I was in my early 20's, I got away with 4-6 hours a night. Now in my early 30's, I sleep anywhere from 8-10 hours a night. Well, more like 8 really but I manage the occasional 10. I can deprave myself of almost anything, just not sleep.
I need to change my sleeping habits really. I dont think 6 hours is really enough , but it just feels comfortable.
How long do you aim to sleep before getting up for work/college etc?
