GAME lose another supplier

hell I think I should start placing a load of pre-orders with GAME. If you get £5 when they fail everytime then I will be quids in! :D

Looks like both Shopto and Zavvi have already sold out their pre-order allocation, so I bunged an extra order in to Amazon as well. If both my Shopto and Amazon orders turn up, one of them can go back unopened, but at least ordering both should give me a better chance of getting it on release day.

Is it wrong I just went and tried to preorder ME3? XD

Won't be missed tbh, started out a decent compnay but it appears greed got the best of them

The media coverage is exasperating problems because you've got every man and his dog going in and using up their rewards points, they're effectively giving their stock away.

If they'd never screwed with their customers then they wouldnt be in trouble ion the first place (I used to work there so I know what they do lol)

EA were dictating terms, GAME called their bluff and lost...

I think EA have shot themselves in their foot, their annual games much rake in massive amounts of profits from the high-street stores because for every 1 person who buys online there's 5 others that take a load of games to trade in to offset the cost.

They should have pushed the internet shopping much more than second hand games.

Publishers loathe second hand buying...

It's how GAME survives in it's current form.

Profits on used games are hundreds of percent.

Thats not how it went. Game asked for different terms and some publishers agreed but EA said no as they dont see why they should Ea will make their money no matter what. I know how terbulant the relatioinship between EA and Game is. 3 years ago they fell out over Game being greedy so EA had to diminish stock and as a result all EA games at Game were increased in store to 45-50 for Fifa, Need for Speed and Army of 2 40th day and a few others
