Cheers for all the backpack advice guys. Went for the Deuter Speed Lite 10 in the end. Looks like a really good pack and can't argue for £23, especially when it weighs in at 350g.

Also it's the only even close to yellow one I could find!

Will do. Ordered yesterday with CRC so will be here next week now. This video is pretty good at demoing the bag and convinced me to buy:

Although there's no reviews of it on CRC there's loads of positives on Wiggle and Evans.

cycling up the hills and against wind is a big NO NO !!

and not eating all day and cycling back home up those hills against wind is even bigger no no ...

so i got my 1st Tacx Flow Multiplayer turbo run done tonight, 14.3 miles in 55 mins on an ancient Dawes Celeste road bike with 42 - 25 as my smallest gear....

Did one of the off road virtual reality tracks so the biggest climb was 20.8% and i was off the saddle for that one lol.

Brilliant piece of kit however and im currently installing The Lake District, Hell of The North, 2010 Amstel Gold NL Race & Houffalize MTB dvds.

Also my first "proper" road bike comes at the end of the month along with our shop stock, i went with a Forme Axe Edge Sport at the price i got it for the spec im getting and need tbh is brilliant.

This year is going to be an Epic milage year on both the MTB and Road bike now as our shop chain gang starts on the 26th!

It would appear a person called "By wheeliebin" signed for my Next day parcel from Evans Cycles today. No sign of the ****ing parcel though!

You have such a nice stable of bikes! If I stopped spending £60 a week on fuel I'd probably have better bikes to show.

I guess Richard gave you a good price on the Forme bike! They did look nice when we went to look at them in Perth.

Yes he did, was going to go for the same bike as the race team but my sensible hat was on at the time so just went for their entry level carbon which is more than good enough for my current level and i can always get something special next year if needed....

Haha, yea. Looked everywhere. Used the new magicshine to have a good look around in the dark yesterday, emailed the farmhouse next door too (it was too late to ring them or knock on the door)

When that thing is on full power it's like DAYLIGHT :D :D

What is more annoying is that amazon managed to get everything here on a simple RM signed for service, yet I actually PAY Evans for a next day service and Yodel manage to **** it up.

Guys - quick question. I've got a Specialized Alias 143 saddle on my Pinarello and very comfy it is too. However it is White and showing signs of grubbiness beginning. Is there anything that is really good at cleaning white kit like this that is not too powerful so it won't damage the material?. Thanks.

Excellent aftercare service by Evans Cycles today I must say, just got off the phone to them. More than apologetic about my order being apparently left by the wheeliebin.
(Quite why you'd leave a parcel two feet away from an open door is beyond comprehension... or in other words they didn't even attempt to deliver it)

Words of "last straw" used..
The sooner Yodel get a kick up their arse the better.

*EDIT for update (12.44pm)
Notification of order being nullified and fresh order placed.
They've refunded "special delivery costs"
and are sending out the order by RM.

SCHWEEET :D:D
