None, I always disable noise reduction though.

Nope, way too used to it, it is after all just 2 taps of the screen and only when using the phone mic. In the car I call over bluetooth or at my desk it is speakerphone so some element of tapping the screen or another button is required so has never been a bother really.

May I ask why you choose to turn it off anyway? Do you get the echo issue?

Also, anyone suggest a launcher to use?

I turn it off out of habit. I never experienced echos but some people sometimes mentioned that they couldn't hear me loud enough and when I turned it off they could hear clearly so since then I have always just manually turned it off when taking part in a voice call.
 
guess that's the issue i've been having with this phone too since launch. right pain the back side, people say it sounds like i'm in a bubble. i use bt headset 90% of the time now or loudspeaker but still disappointing that it does it.
 
That's good news about the release, with a theme (like I'm trying shortly) stuck on it, it doesn't look like it will be far from 'proper' ICS. :)

Everyone else who is rooted will obviously be waiting for DeOdexed custom ROMs :p

You can bet custom ROMs will come thick and fast as devs race to get their ROMs out first on the ICS official wagon.

Oh great well that kills my excitement... My phone is on contract from T-Mob, I assume it's classed as branded then?

How much longer should I expect to wait? :(
