Which TV chefs DON'T you like?

Marco pierre white boils my ****, so full of his own importance and the charade he has built its unreal, i may be completely wrong and that may be the way the bloke really is, then i just hate him for who he is not who he pretends to be.

Really like Jamie oliver, his food is great(have a couple of his books) loved his jamies great britain which was a great example of his proper hearty cooking... a little annoying at times but compared to most celebrity chefs he is a breeze.

Heston - Thankfully the science-cooking fad is coming to somewhat of an end now, but he drives me mad.

Rachel Allen - Can't stand her voice, and her recipes are stupid!

But most of all...

Jamie Oliver - Loves himself far too much, is always crying and seriously needs to stop ramming all his healthy healthy nonsense down people's throats thinking he's better than everyone else.

Worral-Thompson has a real case of little man syndrome, can't stand him. I actually really like Raymond Blanc as at least loves what he does.

Jamie Oliver winds me up but I love his food, got a couple of his books, and I think I secretly do like the fella :p

I've met the guy a few times whilst working at his company, he's a really down to earth guy!

I dislike Ramsey when he starts ****** and blinding, when he's cooking and giving constructive crit to the restaurant owners it's pretty watchable.

Gordon Ramsey,Speaks to people like crap on TV...He seems such a big head.

I actually like Jamie Oliver,He does some nice food,And explains very clear on how the best way to do it!

Nigella, Nigel and Delia for me. Oh and that fat yank woman who's on Food Network. I forget her name, but she really, really winds me up.

Heston, Ramsey and Raymond Blanc are some of my favourite chefs, you can see that they genuinely are passionate about food. Used to be a big Jamie Oliver fan, but recently I think he's become a bit preachy. Also, his recipes have become a tad expensive to produce; it's like he's lost perspective since he became mega-rich.

and seriously needs to stop ramming all his healthy healthy nonsense down people's throats thinking he's better than everyone else.

Healthy healthy nonsense?

did you see what he tried to do, or were you too busy listening to his (admittedly annoying) pukka-isms and crying?

One of our kids brings in a packed lunch into our college, prepared by his parents, he's autistic and needs proper guidance..what's he get? -
1x Mars bar, 1x Snickers, a chocolate spread sandwich in white bread, can of coke, and a giant sausage roll. Every day.

He's 19 stone, 19 years old. He'll be lucky to live half the life he should. What sort of chance in life has he got with irresponsible parenting like that?

But do the parents listen? do they *fully star out swear words*.

It's got *fully star out swear words* all to do with Jamie Oliver ramming healthy food down people's throats. There's not one chef who would have had the balls to attempt what he did on a national scale.

Your kind of perspective is why nearly half of the UK are fat *fully star out swear words*.

Have you tried reasoning with an autistic kid? I doubt it.

--

You're wrong to doubt, sorry.

Been doing it for 10 years now. Made many successful changes to Autistic kids diets. Each term there's 30 different autistic kids, and every term I've seen the same pattern. Around 80% are open to change with healthy eating choices. They embrace it. They love trying new foods.

For sure, not all are like this. Some have a core list of only 5 or 6 foods they like, and refuse to try anything else. We give them something from their list...but still offer them tastes of the healthier stuff. Doesn't always work, but it's always worth trying.

Jamie Oliver, kind of.

He's really good at what he does, has a great passion for it and the recipes of his that I've tried are amazing.

It's just his voice and some of the things that he comes out with are hugely annoying.

Oh and Anthony Thompson as well. For too many reasons to list here. :p

What are people's views on Raymond Blanc? Going to withhold mine until I've seen what other people think :p.

I kinda like him, he's just a jolly Frenchman!

Nigella takes the prize for my most hated tv chef. I just can't even watch.

Rick Stein is by the far the BEST tv chef. Always cooks some amazing food.
