Think I might have maybe 2.50 or 5 on mine. Then again I could have zero, been awhile since I've gone to game lol.

I doubt they'd have access to the retail channel/suppliers or be able to afford to make those connections themselves - relatively small volume trading doesn't give you as good prices to work with.

Not good news, but they do have far too many stores. I know several places where there are several within a few minutes (walking distance) of each other. That isn't counting Gamestation either.

There were three games last I knew, one on the third floor of Debenhams

Game and Gamestation near me have closed, nearest is 34 miles now. Not that I really purchased from high street on the whole anyway, but HMV here are over the moon! heh

Redcars is shut according to my mate who's been made redundant, but Boro's is open.

I used to do security in a shopping centre, when EB first game out, and it was great, more of an experience than just a shop, friendly fun staff, got me a right rollicking more than once too for spending too much time in there

But i saw it gradually change into just a buisness, as some people have pointed out.
They should have stuck with the old ethos, and not just gone for the bucks, hindsight is a wonderfull thing, as i be a lot of the suits are finding out.
My local store i have to say was always friendly and helpfull, my friend is the manager of the Crawley branch too.
