Guild Wars 2

I wasnt too bothered about that one and just finished it with the time attack bonus. I have no idea how to cope with the end boss in HM HoS though, I should try looking for a group for that one because it needs lots of dwarven kegs to be carried.

All done with GW1 :D

Now gimmeh GW2!!!

Nah, Im sooo close to Gwamm as well now.

Im on 23 titles atm plus:

1) 805 / 1000 Legendary master of the north
2) 125k / 160k delver
3) 68k / 160k norn
4) 5076 sweet tooth
5) 3859 drunkard
6)2893 party animal
7) Survivor ....

And Im sure you that HoM titles and Gwamm are retroactive, you can complete them after linking your GW1 and GW2 accounts together.

Now I could get the top two done over the next week and have 25 titles done, then spend all my savings on booze / party items.

Gonna farm delver points from the snowman dungeon now.

Delver is super easy, just churn through Lair of the Snowmen on Hard, you can get that in a couple of hours of farming.

Master of the North should be easy enough, you've done the hard part (dungeons in HM), should be able to pick off the rest in no time.

The rest, yeah you're gonna have to work for :D

I wonder if Items from HoM have a level requirement on them. I mean it would be nice to be using them from the start. A bit like the herlome items in wow.
Hope to see more GW weapons return in Gw2. Crystalline sword :D

Delver + Master of the North I'll do next for 25 titles. I can speedbook Norn with missions, but it will take a while.

Survivor just needs loads of grind in puchout, and then I need loads of plat to buy sweets / booze / poppers.

They are just weapon skins that are transmutable. So you find a weapon you like and transmute the skin onto it.

All that, plus my unded mini M.O.X are saved for my second account. I wont be dedicating the mox though unless I dont find another green, I have 15 characters on my main account and a horde of minipets, I've already dedicated all the ones I can across both my accounts, but I normally keep on getting the same ones (I got 4 mini mandragors, and 3 fire imps!)

I've been adapting the recent builds I've been playing, and ended up with this excessive team of ownage:

Having more than one healer on top of an ST prot had always been my weakness, everything is easier when stuff dies fast.

It's amusing how there was this mad rush to pre-purchase the collector's edition, with the sites saying it's extremely limited, and they're still in stock now.

It will be even funnier if theres stock left later after the games release and if it drops to under £80, theres my second account :D

I only had two accounts because they only supported 4 player slots for a fair while. Hopefully I can purchase more player slots since I will want one of each class.

Finally, 30 HoM points. Not bothered about pushing it further now. Will just carry on playing casual RA until GW2 methinks, oh and bring on the beta client!

Bioware did exactly the same, it is a very effective way of maximizing sales, if you tell people that there is limited stock, they will be less likely to wait on the fence for reviews and instead they will buy it before it apparently "runs out". What I found even funnier was how Bioware had apparently ran out of digital copies, I can understand running out of physical copies because they buy a certain amount of boxes and if they want more they have to wait for them to be produced, shipped etc. which takes time whereas it takes a few seconds to produce a batch of codes and put them in the database to be used..

Think I'm going to wait 'til after some of the betas to see how people rate the game before pre-purchasing it myself, I have lost far too much money investing in hyped up MMO's that have ended up as buggy lag-fests..

It's a way of pumping up the cost. If there's only 50, then for a game with millions of fans, there's bound to be 50 people who'll pay a HUGE premium for a SE version of the game.

If there's 1,000,000 SE copies, you can't put the price up as much because there's less likely to be that many.

Same product, of course.
