If you post your char name and server, I can send one. You then get a free transfer to my realm (Moonglade alliance) or a free lvl 80 char of your choice on that server :) You also get upgraded to cataclysm for free!
 
And that's me done again I think. I played for around 5 years, quit for a year, came back for a bit, quit for another 6 months or so, and recently came back for a couple of months and now I'm quitting again. The game is fun when you have something to do, but it's so easy to gear up now and everything just seems handed to you, so the game just gets boring really fast. I will most likely come back in MoP...
 
Just done a little reading up on anders breivik's warcraft char, suprising to see that he used to be in Nihilum and SK gaming, both guilds that I would have thought anyone playing back in vanilla and tbc would recognise. Here's his 'leaving post' on the warcraft forums for anyone interested, his comparison to a frog in boiling water comes across as a bit, strange..

If that is him, I can say I've raided with him doing the PvP raids in WoTLK :eek:
 
Im playing on the server Vek'nilash, is this considered a busy server as i havent played for 2 years and have come back and started a new character.

Im not seeing loads of other people while questing, though im only level 19 and havent been to stormwind yet

If Vek'nilash isnt considered a busy server these days, what PVE server is considered busy?

cheers for the SOR but it hasnt worked it turns out i aint left it that long lol even tho it feels like months since i been on it. still goin to get back in2 it tho :)
 
I haven't played WoW since a month or so after WoTLK.

I maxed a few of my characters and got bored.

Recently I spent a bit of cash on my computer and I'm getting the urge to play again.

Should I? I've heard a lot of bad things about Cata.

I don't expect the graphics engine has changed much but would I run it OK on this spec?

Cata was pretty fun TBH, I came back like 2 months ago and did it all. I won't be resubbing until MoP though.
 
I really don't know what to do... I'm more worried about my PC being up to the job playing it or not.

I have added the 10 day Cata trial to my account and I'm going to download the game client I think.

If you don't have Cata someone can send you a scroll which gives you Cata for free, and a boost of any char to 80.
