You can download it as much as you like. You don't even need to login to B.net to install the game, there's a link floating round for the downloader.

So who has names for there characters yet?
Naming all my characters the same thing, same as beta.
Now that we're just under a week til release, what classes has everyone decided they're playing through with & public / private coop?
My first character is going to be a monk, will be playing through as a duo of monk / barb first.

The Battle.net used in D2 isn't the same as B.net 2.0 used in Wow, Sc2 and D3 so you can't login with the same account. You'll have to register a new one specifically within D2. Otherwise, it should be there? Firewall blocking it?
Oh, nah, just trying to get on to the main battle.net website as the installer wants a 26 digit code that you can find on your Diablo 2 page when you're logged in, but for some reason I can't log in to the website... was presuming maintenance but cannot find any posts about any.

Same here i will literally have about 2-3 hours during the week MAX to play it but i loved Diablo II so dont want to miss out.
The misses is away the weekend it comes out and i come back from Holland on the friday so will have 3 days of gaming at least.
