I'm curious about this. It says they won't be available for a month following the release...and yet there it sits in my account without me entering any codes. Does everyone have it listed on their account page, or is it just those that participated in beta (open/closed) that got it? Also curious, is how it says it's region locked to Americas. Any ideas?

I was wondering about this too. I saw it in my account the other day. I was in the beta, so don't know if it's connected with that.

Unfortunately I also pre-ordered from Amazon in 2010, so my order is still marked as "Not Yet Dispatched". I just spoke a customer rep and he said my order would be dispatched today. A shame I didn't order from Tesco!

Tesco sent me a dispatched email for my CE around midnight last night... says 3-5 days but presuming that's just a generic statement.

anyone who browses D3 websites or IRC make sure not to click imgur links for a while, there seem to be lots of people going around linking to a picture that is a huge spoiler and trying to trick people into clicking it saying it's something else.

I spoke to someone on Live Chat yesterday who assured me my order would be dispatched yesterday. I have received no email and my order status has not changed. Please advise.
Amazon:I've checked and see that this order is not yet been dispatched from us. However, your order will be delivered to you on May 15, 2012 as planned before.
So you'll receive it on May 15, 2012.
Me:I was told it would be dispatched yesterday, as i'm sure you are aware at Amazon, the servers for the game go live at 11pm BST on the 14/05. Every other e-tailer is ensuring delivery for the 14th.
So will the item be dispatched today, or tomorrow?
Amazon:I understand your concern. Your order is in planned to ship status. So you'll surely receive it on May 15, 2012.
Me:Will dispatch be today or tomorrow ?
Also, you didn't comment on every other e-tailer ensuring delivery for the 14th - why are you different?
Amazon:The release date for this item is May 15, 2012 and we will deliver this item on it's release date to all our customers.
I couldn't confirm the exact time of dispatch; however, your order will be delivered to you on May 15, 2012 as per the delivery estimate given to you.
Me:So why can all other e-tailers guarantee delivery by tomorrow? WHY do customers that have pre-ordered from Tesco, shopto, Asda and GAME already have physical copies in their hands?
I have used Amazon exclusively for pre-orders of games but this time you have let me down badly.
Amazon:I'm really sorry you feel this way. We'll receive this item before it's release date from our supplier and we'll deliver it to you as per the delivery method you've chosen.
Me:So you don't have stock yet?
Amazon:As you've chose First Class, you'll receive it on it's release date.
Me:You also aren't answering my question - other e-tailers have delivered or will deliver tomorrow, why are you different?
Amazon:Yes, we'll receive it from our suppliers and so you'll get it on May 15, 2012.
Me:You're not going to answer my question about the delivery from other e-tailers, are you?
Amazon:We're unable to comment on other retailers.

To be honest, I don't blame Amazon. The release date set by blizzard is the 15th, they are delivering on that release date. It's not their fault that blizzard has the servers up and running before the official release date. They could be under contract to not deliver before the official release date. Other companies may be under different obligations.
