Completed Act 1 last night with a mate. My main is a barb, he was playing Wizard.
I havent had so much fun with a PC game in years, it's ****** great fun :) The boss fight was fantastic!
I really don't get why people have an issue with the graphics? The style is incredible, and some of the landscapes on the Highlands area are jaw dropping.

Looking forward to Act II now
 
Just done Act 2 on normal with my DH and found the last boss really hard! Needed to swap some dex gear out for vit so I could stand up to the AOE's. I'm not finding the dex dodge bonus really helps that much which sucks.
 
The linear progression does get annoying at times but it gives you an excuse to try everything as they become available so you may end up using something you thought was quite bad initially.

i dunno, a dodge saved me from a potentially life-ending squish on the last phase of that fight :P mistimed a vault and got slammed right in the face...almost
 
I am really liking the new skill system, I though it would take away some of the skill of planning a build, but what it's done is allow me to experiment with different play styles and really think about what sort of moves I need to have for different situation in my preferred play style. Seem to have more though going into my builds than I ever did in d2, even though if I get it wrong I can just try something else

lol, I'll be playing american football for 3 hours on Sunday I'll get to burn some of it off. This game has actually been a plague on the team I play for we were missing close to 10 guys at practice on Wednesday and I know 7 of them are playing this =O

I've put all the rares I find on the auction house for 10k buyout each.

Pretty low but they all sell really quickly, easy fast money. ;)
 
Finished the game on normal with a barb last night (solo). Time for Nightmare! Or maybe chill and level a different class. Hmmm

I had really bad dps drops for my barb through out the game, but i had a lot of vitality items drop, so not to bad i suppose. I wonder what the best stat for survivability is?

really, 10k is the going value for most rares? what sort of lvl?

Not done much with the AH yet, just getting cheap gems and crafting materials, but if people are snapping up rares for 10k then I've found a good source of income :)
 
Completed last night with my Barb. Took 21 hours and I explored every bit of the maps. Just defeated Skelly King on Nightmare, it was a battle to say the least! Normal mobs are fine but when there's elites, you will know about it.

Amazing game, its so addictive.

The item level of the items I have up at the moment are around 32-42, pretty much when I did my stint at nightmare difficulty.
