Ok, stupid question. How do you change the potion assigned to your shortcut bar? Just I could do with it not having such poor potions in it now....

(default is the Q button...)

Just me or is any one getting 200ms - 700ms ping and 200 the lowest it will go? It's either my ISP doesn't like Diablo or its server side as BF3, Tera, WoW etc have nice 30~ms ping constantly!

problem is there is so many people selling the same stuff atm, there is always about 20 pages even when i put filters on. odds of your item getting picked up on are slim, especially when everyone is getting similar drops right now. i think the AH will pick up in a few weeks when alts start appearing and people wanna gear them up easier.

My connection sits at around 150-250ms (green) and I've not had any issues with that, in fact I've had a smooth experience with only one drop since playing at launch - perhaps I'm lucky.
 
For anyone having stuttering issues.

It seems to be related to hard disk read.

I moved the install over to my solid state, now smooth as butter and no more stuttering :)

Finished act 1 last night, will probably get an hour tonight and then wont get to play again till Sunday probably. Highly annoying, I want to go home and log on now :P

:( can't afford an SSD atm guess ill just have to put up with it for a while. Although i want to create a hardcore character but with the random stuttering and lag spikes i wouldn't dare.

Just watching a stream and they are on the boss at the end of act III (still don't want to spoil it for people :) and it looks amazingly tough :D Looking forward to getting to hell and inferno now!

No stuttering here either, SSD. I was seeing this though on the first day, lag was bad then.

I don't think latency matters too much in D3. I'm always around 200ms and don't have any issues.
