Yeah i bought mine from play.com in april for £35, just went to check prices again and gone up to £50 now, i blame blizzard for selling for £45 :P

Yeah, for once I wish I'd pre-ordered. Ended up paying £40 at GAME on release day because I didn't want to wait 3 days for it to arrive from play.com.

Checked Blizzard's website too but £45 for a download is a right rip-off >=( It should be much cheaper considering the reduced overhead of packaging and logistics.

Just finished on normal getting my monk to level 31 alongbthevway. I did enjoy it overall, but part of me really can't be bothered playing it through another 2/3 times on different difficulties. I did solo it so maybe playing in a group will be more fun?

Are Diablo and Torchlight pretty much the same game? If so I may just wait and get Torchlight 2 for £15 rather than pay £45 for this. Pricing of this game is ridiculous.

Why is it worth £40?

Well, people are willing to spend that much on it, so that's one thing in it's favour.

Not to mention the fact, that I've racked up easily about 30 hours so far, and I've got a lot of content less. Even if I only played it for 40 hours, that'd be £1 an hour.

£1 an hour to enjoy myself? Yeah, sounds pretty good.

Anyone else having weird frame rate issues this morning? I noticed the game running a little slower than the 60fps I always get, and when I looked I saw that I was only getting 50fps. The odd thing is, it was as if the game was capping my frame rate to 50 because it wouldn't go any higher (nor did it go lower, but then you'd hope so considering my PC's specs). I tried turning v-sync off, increasing the foreground limiter, restarting the game -- nothing worked. I didn't try rebooting my PC, but I'll have a look again later once I get back to see if it's still the same. GPU usage was also around 50-60%.

Just wondering if anyone else was or is getting the same thing today?

The FPS/Stuttering issues seem very temperamental mate. Hopefully get fixed soon.

Ah... so is this the same issue everyone is going on about? My game wasn't stuttering as such; I just had lower fps than usual for seemingly no reason (as if the game was capping my frame rate).

But, yeah, hopefully it will get fixed soon. :)

Well I think this and the stuttering issue are separate but I also had it where my FPS has been much lower than it should have been. But yeah it sorted its self out. :)

A lot more :D Playing normal mode solo is a good idea as you can go at your own pace, but after that multi-player is what makes Diablo worth playing.

Indeed. Did Act 1 solo yesterday, then again co-op this morning with my brother, we did a Legolas/Gimli kill battle...I won significantly. Would like to do a bit more damage, but near 100dps at the end of act 1 isn't that bad....is it?

Well I completed the game with Witch Doctor but now I'm trying the Wizard, he starts off a bit weak but soon comes good and I'm actually enjoying Wizard more than Witch Doctor!

I was not sold on the replay value but random events, random drops and randomly generated areas do help massively... and I'm NOT the sort of person to replay a game, in fact I can't EVER remember playing a game through again as I often don't finish them!
