Are you scared of spiders?

Can deal with them, but when your laying in bed at night and see one crawling on your ceiling I have to get rid of it or i'll lay awake thinking it will lay eggs in my brain though! :p

No but I am now scared of ants and what they do to me if i sleep. I live on a ground level bedroom and they have made their way in, last year it was through a wiring duct. This time I can't find where they are coming from. Iv done a few corners with boiling kettle and anti ant stuff.

See how it goes, what if one creeps into my eye :(

I don't like spiders but I can dispose of them as most people can. My GF on the other hand is a run out of the room type until it's dead.

Years ago my cousin was up staying, no idea why that is relevant, and I clocked a big ***No swearing, disguised or not!*** run across the floor. I put a massive plastic cup over it, then slid paper under it, taped the paper around the thing and lobbed it out the window. The next day there was no spider in the cup :| aliens or something !

I am terrified of house spiders. I have gotten slighly better over the years and can now put a glass over them if they are on they floor. I can't put the paper under them though and have to wait till someone comes in to remove it. I can't kill them, I don't like killing them, the thought freaks me out. Just get the bf to put them outside. He's terrified of them too though!

I remember one spider in my old flat. It was so big it wouldn't fit in a pint glass. I would burst out crying whenever anyone mentioned it for weeks!

I've got a theory that I'd be ok with a pet tarantula, they don't seem as scary as the house spiders!

I'm not afraid of your everyday spider, it's the ones that can seriously hurt you that worry me.

Always laugh when I see this, the guy probably hurt himself more falling off the ladder than if the Huntsman actually bit him. :D

I'm quite scared of spiders, the house we're in at the moment has loads of them though.
Not a fan of the new batch that's moved in, loads of large body/midget leg spiders. Do not want.
I have accepted that the tiny body/massive legs crew just live here rent free now, from what I hear they are decent at hunting down small spiders though... I see this as a fair share of the housework on their part.

I find moths to be the worst, something about that creepy noise they make!

I've found them to be pretty silent. Even the huge ones. Only noise they make is the 'ping' when hitting the lightbulb :D

Only thing I hate about them is that dust they leave behind when they crawl on things.

Now mosquitos making that humming noise when they get near your ear that creeps me out.

Spiders I'm not too fond of. If I spot one I can't leave it until I know it's gone or out the house. The other day when opening the loft window a massive one had been hiding in the gap between the frame and the roof and fell on my arm and started wriggling about. Wasn't pleasant.

The only thing i dislike about insets is that when I squash them, it makes a big mess on the wall and I have to clean it up afterwards.

Yes, I'm quite scared of spiders.

To the point where I occasionally wake up in a huge panic because I've dreamt a spider is jumping in my face.

I once heaved my ex-girlfriend bodily out of bed and onto the floor in my sleep because of one of those dreams, and she wasn't amused in the slightest! Good times.

I've had something similar. In the middle of the night I flew out of bed, apparently screaming "There's a spider in the bag, there's a spider in the bag". It wasn't till after my then girlfriend had promised me multiple times that there wasn't a spider in the bag (I still have NO idea what bag I was thinking of) that I would get back into bed!

I've always thought it was fake. The little girls voice at the very end "I told you not to play with spiders" is straight out a bad soap opera.

I'll just leave this here.

Sweet dreams.
