Im interested as to how they know this, tested it.. Low earth orbit satalites travel at about.. 4 Miles per second. The bullet would take a while to reach it at a height of even the lowest end of LEO at 100 miles. So therefore i doubt this to be possible?

EDIT: Deadly up to 3 1/4 Miles.. I don't think it would hold out until Low Earth Orbit
