Are you sending them to your stash when you purchase them?
It's a small bug. Just join a game, get the item from your stash, and repair it. It will cost 1g per affected item, you will then be able to re-sell it.
yeah ive been using them, now im done with them i repaired them sent to stash and it just says failed when i try sell them...

Act 2 inferno is pretty comfortable now but I really have no idea how much gear it will take until act 3 is comfortable. Even if the damage from some mobs I'm fighting was halfed it would still be pretty heavy.

I have 1 item that constantly errors when I try to sell it in the auction house, no idea why. Dunno if its been fixed though, not tried lately.... or I may have just merched it.
The treasure goblin won't run until you attack him (or get too close I imagine). So you have time to run past him and try to chase him back towards an area you've cleared, or to circle around it and clear it out.

To be honest, I wasn't doing that badly until I met a champion mob. It did start to go down hill from there...
It required quite a lot of caution to progress, but I didn't seem to be doing too badly to be honest...
All Res = 600 Phys Res = 800, or something like that anyway. Dps was around the 15/16k mark...

Just killed the Butcher on NM, up to level 37 now with my Monk.
The Butcher was real easy, how do you repeat quests, I fancy running through a few times and building up some money/gear.
I have more trouble with the Elite mobs than I do the bosses, extra heath & arcane really rapes me I find, when you get a huge bunch of enemies and start taking hits it can be difficult to escape/keep up, a little lag and before you know it you are dead. I might have to give up on dual wielding and buy a fancy shield, currently got a pair of approx 60 dps rare swords.
I changed the skill setup, so I have Breath of Heaven (healing) setup as mouse right click now, as I also use Inner Sanctuary on the tool bar which has helped, easier than hitting a potion which has a longer recharge.

But yeah, mobs are on the whole harder than bosses...
Eek, on the chat box window, hit settings then leave chat... It annoys me too as you have to do it every time you log in..

Woot, finally hit lvl60 with my DH (destroying the war machines on act III). Time to replace the ruby in my helm. The question is, what with? 12% life (not too fussed about that, I'm sitting at 25.5k), 19% magic find or 19% gold find? Gold find is clearly more consistent and I dunno how much difference 19% magic find will make.

Reselling a few items I bought at lower level and have now upgraded, but it was throwing an error up before. I could buy but couldn't list anything.
kd how are you taking snapshots of the weaps you have been linking ? are you just a whole screenshot then cutting out the tooltip page then hosting or is there an easier way ?
