Terrible attitude really.
They shouldn't be charging what they are for something that doesn't work.
It's the only game that's been out for a while that I've actually wanted to play. The hilarity is, it's frequently broken.

I don't get it, I'm a troll because I find it strange grown men are getting moany over a game that's just been released? yes obvious troll, I've got the game also, I guess i'm a troll.
Main difference between the 2 is that theres a recurring fee for WoW, so they have more money to put into better servers and the people to keep them ticking/troubleshoot....and if I remember correctly, WoW was plagued with problems on release and after updates.
Things like this are never going to work flawlessly from the beginning, theres always going to be things that they can't test on their end (such as hundreds of thousands of people on playing at the same time and the problems that causes with certain things).
Yeah, I'd like to get on whenever I want and not be plagued with errors or server downtime...but these things happen. I've put about 25+ hours into the game already, so in my eyes its easily earned the £35 I paid for it and will continue to do so.

Money has been paid, hard earned money. For a product. Yet the product is not accessible even though the money has been paid. Some people actually have work and every time they come from work to finally play the game the servers are down. What did I pay money for exactly if I can not access the game when I have free time.
They should have a wide and broad enough user base to redirect extra capacity on demand, and even scale up and down at a whim. The whole business is dictated by surges and declines, 3 or 4 WoW expansions should have taught them this.
