Some very encouraging changes there.
Some very encouraging changes there.
I like the removal of coop damage buff on monsters. Tbh I wasn't actually sure there was such a thing... to what extent does it increase damage atm?
Not sure I'm a fan of the Attack Speed proposed change. It will lower my damage, I then have to make that damage up from somewhere else and if they are just straight up nerfing IAS and not increasing anything else to compensate it's kinda harsh.
from the sounds of it, they're only increasing repair costs on lvl60 items (at least only increasing them dramatically?), so it won't be bankrupting new players, just people unfortunate enough to hit an impossible pack while attempting to get new gear on infernoYeah agree increase in repair costs seems abit OTT, this will make ppl bankrupt in no time, especially new players.
Inferno Champs = fast Invunrable motar sheilding minons, with mirror damage and regen health means high death rate, it is expected to get killed more than once, now we pay the price for stupid affixes.
And by the time you respawn with the stupid cooldown of 10-20 secs the minion has already regen health

15% per additional player in Inferno iirc.
1.0.3 patch hits later this month. http://us.battle.net/d3/en/blog/6262208/Patch_103_Design_Preview-6_6_2012#blog
This will make a few people happy, Inferno balance adjusting the damage and health of monsters in Inferno Act II, III and IV
on less loot.hiked up repair costs, and less loot. what's not to love?
but in all seriousness what are they thinking making repair costs 5-6x the current???
unless you have over 100% GF you wont be able to gain anything from dropped coins, the only way you will be able to add on to your cash pile is by playing hell, or selling items if you are one of the lucky people on AH that get every idiot buying your stuff.
They give with one hand and take away with another, may as well revert all patches and never do anything to this game again, unless they like going in circles then by all means carry on.
It makes my build of Spike Trap + Impale seem weaker and weaker as I progress.
on less loot.
they're moving 1 rare from the boss to every elite pack you find, I tend to hit full NV about 3 or 4 elite mobs before bosses, I think I'm going to gain extra loot from these changes + an increase in drop rate for the higher tiered items
I love my DH, but I find it hard to find a build where I can leave Smoke Screen out.
what are you farming that you don't come across at least 6 elite mobs but regularly getting full NV stack?yeah, that's fine if you farm packs but not everyone has the time to kill 5-6 packs per run, rinse repeat 20,000 times to get a possible upgrade.
especially when the drops/money you get are going to go straight into your repair fund.
SS isn't that good 1-3 seconds of not being seen...
i prefer vault if im playing solo
Don't worry about that, with all the crying that goes on DH's will be near useless by the next 2 patches.
and then the kiddies can decide on what class they wanna break next, by the looks of it the wizard is next.
by the end of it no one will be able to even enter tristam on normal, the whole game will be that little pathway with 10-15 mobs on it.

err SS makes you invulnerable to all damage, thats its power..
Just reading the 1.0.3 notes, bit gutted they are looking at nerfing IAS after having just dropped 4 million on a Beckon Sail. Bah!
Too true
Surely the point is to make a longer run to a boss and get more from the mobs along the way, instead of taking the shortest trip possible with 5 champ mobs then downing the boss.
