I've never used PayPal before. If I use the RMAH and put up several items.. will I have a list of £1 on my bank statements?

Also, do I have to use my card to deposit money into PayPal before I can spend it? Like.. a mini wallet on PayPal. Or.. can I just sign up to PayPal, and then auction an item and it will take the money straight from the bank.

I think that's the most confusing thing I've ever written. Hope it's understandable.

Staff is worthless. Salvage it then sell the materials for around 3k.

Boots I'm not too sure on. Have a look on AH for similar items, but I wouldn't expect to get too much for them.
 
Fed up of dying every 20 seconds whenever a champion or elite turns up...

Think i'll play something else until it's fun to play again. not likely but still there's always a chance.

Have fun dying and wasting all your gold on repairs :p

Guess i only have myself to blame for having high(er) expectations from D2 to D3, but there is too much wrong and backwards for me personally.

It's not fun to 'farm' items anymore, that's if you are lucky enough to even be able to do that.

AH prices are ridiculous for a casual player, and drop rates are useless for the unlucky players (i love how they blatantly lie to us in that transcript saying loot works exactly as it did in D2) it's a loose/loose for me, i am glad that at least SOME people are enjoying it though and that people are getting to experience diablo (even if they are starting with the worst of the 3 games)

If you're dying in Inferno, then that's fine. If you're dying in other difficulties, stop complaining about being bad.

Patch 1.0.3 comes tomorrow and will be nerfing Inferno act 2, 3 and 4.

Heh, yeah I can't blame you. Flawless Star plans are about 500k-1mil, Perfect Star are about 500k-750k (go figure).

Blacksmithing really is something you can only do when you've got gold to spare. Very nice shoulders but they are few and far between and the materials/crafting so expensive. Its only worth doing when you already have good gear and your upgrades are starting to cost you millions.


Thing is, a lot of people could figure out the value of there item if they just searched the AH with a few filters. Its only a few unusual combinations that can be very difficult to price.

Yeah, inferno lol...

i don't think it's possible to be bad at Diablo, it takes very little concentration/skill.

but lack of gear makes surviving/killing impossible with some of the champion packs affixes and when it's going to cost 50-200k to repair my gear, then i will be FORCED to not play, or going back to a difficulty that wont drop better gear. it's all backwards :D

and they aren't really nerfing inferno if you can't survive solo now, then you still wont be able to. it's only stopping the damage stacking of partys, unless they changed this?
 
It's a shame the way crafting is in this game. Especially since people can just make some __ beforehand, then when they make more for a buyer, they can just pretend as if they made the bad ones from earlier.
 
Is the jump from Hell to Inferno really as crazy as people are talking about? Hell Act 4 is an absolute riot with my wizard. To make Act 1 Inferno difficult the jump is going to have to be massive.
 
Has the stuttering been fixed yet when entering new areas via a patch?

There were a few members here who suffered from it as well as the D III forums

for me it is, but if you got good gear it's not that bad

Happy times last night on my DH found a 2h bow 1089 dmg socked with 98 dex on! worth about 15mil looking at the ah :) it started off as a low 200 dps rare unidentified bow

at about 140k dps with sharp etc

Also has anyone killed diablo on inferno? I cant kill my shadow quick enough but the diablo alone seems ok.
