I thought MF on a weapon was incredibly rare?
It is, 35 is the max for any weapon, so it's 1% off perfect for the MF.

Is that really a surprise? Str/Vit/Res is either more common or just not bought as much. And with Dex, you won't get away with paying nothing extra for unwanted resistances either on top tier gear because everyone knows One With Everything is a staple monk skill. You can't really expect to get 150+ on 2 high value stats and ideal resistances with lots of armour for cheap. Sounds like quite a rare find on top of being a highly desired item for any monk.
My issue isn't with the item being "rare" so expensive, its that prices are so incredibly high that it is nigh on impossible to obtain that amount of gold without extreme luck or handing over cold hard cash.
Of the 20+ friends who were online 2-3 weeks after release, there's now maybe 3-4 on a good night, all of them have quit for one reason or another, but it all boils down to one thing.
Without progression there's no fun. Did 2 and half complete runs of ACT2 today, had 1 item worth selling, sold for 125,000 gold. Bad luck? maybe, flawed game? Definitely. How does one afford the 10's of millions for single upgrades if that's all you get for 6-7 hours work.
I'm sure the items priced at 20-30+ million don't sell, but the problem is they push up the cost of everything else as well..
Finally get a nice legendary though!

The 4.0% chance of crit was one of the random properties I got for that helm. When you throw in the 2 set bonus, (ring is nice), you could get some great crit hit chance gain...

wtf someone really have that much gold
and here i am cant even get pass 10m
grtz on the sale
No way in hell is that worth 100mil... Someone must've been desperate to use that set and bought a lot of gold to splash out on that.
Ok so I have finished hell and have no intention at all to play through the game again to get a few more items.
As Diablo III is the only game associated with my battle.net account, is it possible to sell the account? I have a level 60 monk which took a while to level, pretty average items and about 900k in gold.
Yeah that's right, unless you have any passives or skills that boost armor rating by a % then you'd lose 100 * whatever the percentage is.I have a question about upgrading my armour.
My armor rating is about 10k at the moment so if I choose an item with less armor on it than the one I'm equipped with (say I put on 400 armor gloves instead of 500 armor) do I just lose 100 of my armor rating?
