Who here owns a Renaultsport?

What did you order?

I ordered a rear shock from them 2 weeks ago. Took them a week to phone me and say they couldn't deliver it because the address I put down wasn't my home address or a business address, even though it is my office address and I even included the company name. And then 2 days later they called to say they were out of stock and expecting some more in within a couple of days.

:D

Got a few other bits and pieces on the way, but not from ktec.

Offffffft that sounds wild! Good luck with that.

Jellybean - I own a 182, sorry it was a 200 I test drove, and was a CUP felt mental enough to me. Check cliosport.net. They will have loads of info about the running costs for the 197.

Bought a set of F1's today shod in new Toyo T1R's for £150. I'm going to refurb them before they go on the car but I had to see what they looked like first :D only problem is I'm missing 1 centre cap so need to keep an eye out for one of those.

My standard wheels well be painted fluro yellow and put some dunlop x22's on them for when I'm doing rally duties.

Radio fitted. Had to buy a silly aerial converter extra. Sounds a **** load better than it did before now it's got decent sound going to the speakers. Should be me done audio wise for a while. The only thing still to get working on it is steering wheel controls. It's £40 delivered for the damn cable though which is annoying :(

Ordered my fabia Splitter :D should be here wednesday, if I can get back in time from Nottingham after the service to pick it up

I do like the F1s Gaverick. I'm not sure whether to get 15s when I change my wheels, a lot of people seem to have them. Do they improve handling, or is it just because it makes tyres cheaper that so many people have them? They just seem a little small, especially at standard ride height.
I don't think I'll be able to lower mine too much because of the kerbs on our road and having to park up the kerb :(

Silver Clios with F1's are clearly the best :D

I've no idea where my centre caps went. When I bought the wheels they had 3, now I have none. I assume they have fallen out when they get hot on track?

Im not sure if they improve handling or not, they are a lot lighter than the standard wheels though so that can only be a good thing. I'll report back once I've had them fitted for a while. I'm a big fan of little wheels though and like the look they give, when I see massive wheels I cringe, for me the wheels should be just big enough to clear the brakes and no bigger than that.

Might have been nicked; I had 2 of my OZ centre caps stolen, each on a separate occasion. £35 a set too

No more nails or similar them on next time. They should still be able to be knocked through from behind, but will be difficult to prise off.

Braved the rain today to get this fitted. After lots of trimming, cutting and bending i finally got the filter to fit. Not sure if the catch tank is staying where it is, when it goes into ktec they are going to try and find a better location.

Meh, the wheels are a state (as is the whole car, tbh). Its a track **** so I'm not bothered about no centre caps.

Well i'm now a Clio Cup owner, picked it up on Friday (2nd hand but only 3 months old / 1300 miles on the clock, private sale).

Enough! Obviously a good saving over buying new.

Yea no recaro's but the stock seats are good and the recaro's have bolster wear issues.
Couldnt be picky as i didnt want to travel for a car (done that in the past) and this came up 5 miles away.
