Wonder why there are no "good" retailers carrying this device. Did OC not get offered it ... or was there a mandate that all the resellers had to have sh1tty customer service to qualify for stock ?

I've had excellent customer service in the past, from the retailer I bought mine from.

Same with the first point. Based on above posts, they should be delivering them tomo right? I'm yet to receive a confirmation/dispatch note and the order tracking via their site still doesn't work. Guess I'll bell them tomo if nothing arrives by noon...

There will be issues. Just hope yours doesn't have it.

Look on the bright side for a change, your one may be flawless.

This is the case I've gone for. Seems pretty light and sturdy, and the cover is held in place by a mini-magnet (hope it doesn't interfere with the smart sensor somebody pointed out earlier in the thread!).

Just decided to order mine, and have noticed they now have a "Carbon Fibre" one! Sorrrrted!

That is good news. Apparently it isn't noticeable when you set your brightness higher than usual.

This would be a complete non issue for me if it's confirmed a software update would fix it.
