... mouse button fatigue!

Mine is still being processed at the Yorkshire Distribution Centre: it would appear that it needs a lot of processing.

I am patiently waiting, just happy that I'm past the not knowing and the ever changing statement/stories about availability and associated technical faults.

Also good to see in the earlier case review that the LuvTab case works with the auto-screen on/off function... can anyone here confirm this? Does it need a magnet, as described in the report last week, or does it work if anything covers it?

Same as you, my item still being processed at the Yorkshire. But I got hope it will arrive tomorrow because my friend item is now at local office ready for delivery tomorrow.

Apples quality is not as good as it could be either. I've owned all 3 iPad variants and an iPhone 4 and I've had to take 3 of those back. Only the original iPad has been trouble free and is still going strong with it's 3rd owner.

Quite, but at least their customer service (and in store service) is as good as it gets, so it's an easy problem to solve.

Can you afford an iPad? If you have an issue with that, you can stand in the Apple store and hand pick a new one, they'll let you...

Maybe moving over to Apple would help cure your OCD a bit. :p

You should really just get another though.

£200 is my max budget. I guess I'll have time to think it over while my refund processes.

I had to replace 3 iPhone 4's in my first month of ownership when they were first released with the 4th being flawless to date. Whilst the quality control is poor at most companies, apple replaced each one no questions asked. Hopefully google are just as good once they sort the logistical issues of actually getting us our potentially faulty devices :p

Absolutely. Always been straight in and exchanged.

Google needs to learn a lot from this as for all Apples faults they handle their customers well.

I like it. More comfortable to hold in the hand than the iPad, which I'm typing this on, and I prefer the back to the aluminium back on the iPad. Let's test the voice dictation....

Had a play with mine now and i wanted to ask,do any of you find the screen kinda 'meh' in that it looks fine but doesn't really look all that great,it does indeed look kinda dull as a professional reviewer put.

I only used mine for a very brief period earlier but I noticed the screen looked rather dull. Colours didn't seem to pop at all, but that could ofcourse be because I didn't tweak any brightness settings.
