He was the manager mate. Problem today was lets visit Cornwall Season has just started, it took me 25 minutes to get 10 miles from work to CPW, by the time the guy had dealt with someone who really shouldn't have been buying an android phone 3/4 hour of my carpark ticket was up and generally it had been an absolutely cack day!

I've contacted CPW head office as this guy just wasn't going to back down. I've learned a lesson here, next time I'll buy online and DSR to my hearts content ;)

Hmmm, unlucky then Mike, I am sure that something will be sorted out though as you were sold an item with false advertisement regarding that and therefore have the right to return it.

Go into the shop, get them both side by side and see if it's an issue then. For me it was a problem, it sounds like it is for you as well...

And also have lots of playtime with them regarding the software etc.

EDIT:

BTW, why don't you consider the X as well? Granted it has quite a few disadvantages and falls short on the S in some areas i.e. battery, audio etc. but it is a bit smaller than the GS 3 (although the GS 3 feels more comfortable to hold) but it has sense and it also has a stunning 720P screen.

So it kind of combines the best of both for you, sense + a lovely screen.

That's a good point, then he gets an epic screen and HTC Sense... sounds like a winner to me (and more storage for his HD video!).
