Illustration on how to use wide aperture (2.8), shoot at an angle, and still get what i want in focus.

To get this focus with a normal lens would be F/11 or something!

Interesting, for me that might be useful for long wedding tables with lot's of details etc, where you would only want the centre axis of the table in focus, and the rest to fall away.

How long does it take to adjust the focal plane to be where you want? Is it a fairly slow twisting/tilting/rotating process or will it become fairly intuitive and you'll be able to do it on the fly with ease?

One of the few ok shots I got of these two horses. They kept walking up to me looking for food or nose strokes and I didn't have any space to move back for a better shot! Damn attention whore horses :P And there was a fence in the way which didn't help (there's a little bit in this shot)
