We'll never know. Apple would never dare say they sold it to the FBI, or a third party, and the FBI would never dare say they stole it. Safe to assume that one of them are scum though.

Sold? Why sold? Why would apple sell information to the FBI? Surely its more likely they have them due to an investigation?
