If you take C drive from another pc, unless the specs are very similar then it will simply give you a BSOD during windows boot up logo. That's the case for me 100% of the time. It may work, it may not, but it's always a good idea to re-install anyway for a new build, especially when you have a SSD.
Try unplugging power then clear CMOS (most modern mid/high end mobo has a CMOS clear button in the rear I/O panel), plug in the power cord then try again.
Put the dvd in the drive, it should automatically boot from installation dvd when there is no OS detected. Once the dvd load the installation process is very easy to follow. But with SSD it's very important that the SATA mode is set to AHCI in BIOS, as said above.
when you power up your machine keep pressing f 12 untill it comes up with your motherboard boot options, select the ssd then it should finish installing windows.
Either ther cooler is not tighten properly or to much /not enough paste.
When you put the cooler on, did you tighten screws gradually. Started in one corner, then the opposite diagonally and the same with the other two. Keep doing this until fairly tight. This way the cooler is seated uniformally.
