Ok it turned on, Told me to reboot or select proper boot device, Pressed the power button, now it wont turn on![]()

And make sure your hdd is not connected.
It keeps crashing in bios, HDD is not connected, CPU is 66 degrees
66 is warm, but not stupid.
Presumably the cooler fan is spinning?
Worth double checking that the cooler is fitted correctly.
Given the length of this thread a refresher on the specification would be helpful.
Either ther cooler is not tighten properly or to much /not enough paste.
When you put the cooler on, did you tighten screws gradually. Started in one corner, then the opposite diagonally and the same with the other two. Keep doing this until fairly tight. This way the cooler is seated uniformally.
cpu cooler just clicks in, Ill take a picture and show you how much paste is on
