*** Nexus 10 Tablet ***

When sending back my old tablet what kind of days and times do tnt collect? Wondering if it might be better just selling it.

Just install xbmc and the plugin sports devil.

Why on earth would anyone do that if they had a Sky subscription (which you need to use Sky Go)? Your method is only useful to people who couldn't use Sky Go even if they could get the app running so it's not really comparable.

I have bt infinity along with pc/nexus10/ipad2.

Best way to stream everything across my local network so I can play everything no all the devices quickly?

I have a folder set for sharing on the PC, Nexus 10 with BS Player can access the folder just fine, no idea what's good to use for the iPad though.

Because the instructions posted still involve rooting the tablet and faffing around. Had it been the actual official compatible release of the sky app then fair game.

Anyway, love the n10, its a great tablet, after the issues of delivery I feared the worst, but its great. May type up a review when I get a keyboard. Save managing my iPod (bleurgh) I've not required windows yet.

Sports Devil is no where near the quality of Sky Go  ya it involves rooting etc but you can't really replace Sky Go for sports content imo.

As mentioned the quality is nowhere near as good if you don't use Sky Go. And installing and faffing about with XBMC, plugins and streams is about as easy as the Sky Go installation process.

Edit , ill ignore the rolleyes, trying to have a nice discussion . Personally I've found sky go lacking on other devices, however theres no doubt that an official app will be a higher quality, I was merely suggesting an alternative to rooting and spoofing devices

Whats you point ? Emoticons exist for a reason.

The problem is we may never see an official sky go app on N10 due to the HDMI port.

PS: I got it working :p

Has anyone experienced issues configuring a pop3 email account on their N10 using the pre installed mail app? I seem to have an issue where an email will be received in the inbox, but as soon as the email client send and receives (either automatically or forced by me) it will simple disappear from my inbox, vanishes into thin air!
Any suggestions? :)

Yep. Had exactly the same happen to me. Always appears to be messages in from specific addresses just to add to the mystery.

Hum issue seems common, I like the stock email apps simplicity and layout. Its just a shame it acts up with pop3 accounts :( reconfigured the account a few times but still always removes new emails from the server once it syncs, original email still present on the server when I check via webmail.
I'm trying aquamail now as I need working mail on this tab.

I know this is kind of beside the point but do you own the domain you have your pop 3 on? Might be worth setting up with google apps for push on your own email addresses. Obviously NVM if it's work or w/e :)

Hi Skyfall, it my blueyonder (virgin media) email account. Usually trouble free and works fine on most email apps. I will log onto the mail console and see if there are any options for push.

Cheers for the suggestion :)
