US: Arrow (contains spoilers)

All right episode, the island story line is far more interesting!

Next weeks episode should be good though:

Youtube frame contains big spoiler.

yea the island is the best of the show but I don't think there's much more of it they can really show any more which is disappointing.
Would have been awesome if series one was all about the island , how he got there , how he managed to survive , what happened on the island etc and then at the end of season one the escape happened rather than it being a backstory with a few flash backs

Loving the MS product placement.

EDIT : God damn you Nexus. Look at the frame, it looks pretty obvious what's just happened :(

Whoops! Sorry :o Don't know how I didn't see that :o

Although he might not actually be dead/killed.......just have to wait and see :p

Supposedly the island story will be done and dusted by the end of this season :( Will show all the main/important stuff leading right up to him getting of the island, although from reading around about it i.e. about Slade it should make for some excellent viewing

Damn Felicity looked good in the latest episode, when they showed her walking into that charity event in the gold dress I think I drooled a bit. On a related note, Arrow has to have one of the hottest female casts of any tv show: Felicity, Laurel, Thea, McKenna, Carly; they are all hot!

Looking forward to next week's episode, the preview is very interesting. I'm also keen to see how they wrap up the island back-story, didn't realise it wasn't going beyond this season. After all, he was there for 5 years, quite a lot more must have happened during that time, it seems like they've only scratched the surface.

This has got better each week, will have to find something else to watch when this finishes.

And Felicity looked gorgeous in that dress. (where's the drooling smiley when you want it).

Agreed and I'm sure I've mentioned this before in this thread.

You'd have thought a mother would at least recognise the individuals build, then the individuals voice - put two and two together and come up with "Ollie" :o

partly explained in the latest episode where he switches his voice changer off

I'm still watching this, though just at Sky One pace.

I do quite like it, the female cast make it worth watching alone. :D

Yeah brilliant episode this week. Getting better as the series draws to a close.

And 3 weeks for the next episode, I cant wait that long :(

You mean season 2? They renewed it for a second season a while back, the show was an instant success.

Love Arrow and like the fact that they are involving Felicity more. She brings an nice balance to the group. I love the fact the Manu Bennett (Slade) gets to have swords on the island. Maybe he was marooned whilst filming Spartacus!

Some good info.

- Executive producer Marc Guggenheim revealed that Oliver will be making a trip to Blüdhaven but that we won't be seeing Nightwing. He also added that there will be two cities that the show will never venture to. It's safe to assume those two cities are Gotham and Metropolis.
- Tommy Merlyn (Colin Donnell) learning Oliver's secret will have huge ramifications going forward. Unlike Diggle (David Ramsey), Huntress (Jessica DeGouw) and Felicity Smoak (Emilly Betts Rickards) he knew the pre-island Oliver.
- The showrunners/writers revealed that they outline the episodes first and then figure out if and who from DC's roster of characters can be inserted. For example an idea for a bank robbery episode was concocted and developed and only after a certain point of its development was it decided to call the bank robbers the Royal Flush Gang.
- Arrow was confirmed for both WonderCon and San Diego Comic-Con later this year.
- Greg Berlanti shared that they viewed Season One as having 'Three Acts" and the episode 'Dead To Rights' was the end of Act Two.
- There will be another guest star upcoming that will make geek fans happy. The showrunners remained tight-lipped on the identity.
- Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman) was referred to as an "Evil Bruce Wayne".
- It took Oliver five years on a deserted island to develop the skills he has so don't expect Roy Harper (Colton Haynes) or Laurel Lance(Katie Cassidy)to suit up anytime soon. However, you will see flashes of who they could eventually become.
- In the last episode it was hinted that Sarah Lance (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) was still alive. It was a big debate as to whether the show would move forward in this direction but Greg Berlanti insisted.
- The frequency of Slade Wilson appearances on the show will depend on Manu Bennett's availability.

This looks like it is going to get even better
