I've been told I'm allowed to order items without VAT thru my partners business but it still puts the titan in a stupid price range that I can't consider........makes a 7970 better value tho!

She is apologetic and going to phone me back when they know when the next orderes are coming in. I seem to be the unluckiest guy in the world with orders. Everything is always messed up or I don't get them.

possibly not the brightest idea to post up on a public forum regarding attempting tax fraud

@Greg, gutting mate, weirdly mine was the other way round - I got no confirmation by email, but I got a text message from DPD telling me I've got a delivery coming tomorrow, I ordered mine on Thursday - basically as soon as the products were listed up for sale

I am gutted, as I turned ovetime down tomorrow (which would have paid for my blocks). Very unsymapthetic as well from the shop.

I knew summit was wrong when you said you had yours. I phoned them straight away and was told "yep you will be getting yours tomorrow" I should have taken names.

I wanted to but catch 22. I want them and they are far dearer now than what they were.

I never have any luck on deliveries.... Rant over and patience I will have to learn.

Watch the prices when OCUK get the Asus ones in, they have a lot of them on order and I think the prices will drop again to shift them.

I just can't push the button at that price, if the performance gain was like 100% over my current 680 then sure but sadly it's not

I think the right price for me would be somewhere between £600 to £700 and I don't think that's going to happen any time soon.

Most likely because they lied about having stock.
Once they have your money you are commited, and have to put up with the wait for them to buy some in with your money.

I want to get a High end system from here later in the year but all in I want to spend not much more than 1200K as after all its just a PC.

I remember spendibg just over £300 on ny last card that has lasted me since the end of 2004. And I thought that was nuts, But near on 1K for a single card....... :eek:

Ha, I don't have the best luck with deliveries either, a couple of times I have literally waited in all day for nothing to arrive, then find out it's marked as 'delivered' online and 'left in front porch', we don't even have a front porch !

. Lol

I think there's gonna be a few upset people over Titan deliveries, places seem to be selling them with no stock..

Sorry mate, that's totally unfair !
I would say has anybody else actually received EVGA Titans ?, I get the picture these cards are only arriving in very small quantities and even less than the other suppliers. Also remember EVGA is not as big a player as the others, that could be a factor. I have not even seen availability directly from them yet.
