This happening in the middle of the office?

Yes.

lol 30g a day was my idea haha. I need to see what impacts it has on the low carb portion of the day, as OAKG spikes insulin, but i might get away with it PWO.
Way ahead of you brah! ;)

I'd have double dosed more if it didn't burn through the bag so fast. Decided on a less scatter gun approach to testing it for now.

ice whats your thoughts on me taking it PWO along with my normal shake, do you think it would cause to much of a prolonged spike, or do you think it might actually be complementary to the early morning training effects on GH anyway?

My guess would be that ~15g isn't enough to disrupt fat burning, and that it might be pretty awesome in terms of prolonging morning GH*.

Try, you might be able to feel if it's screwing things up for you.

Edit: * this kind of assumes that OAKG acts to induce GH, rather than enhance a spike that was going to happen. I THINK this is what the studies are saying that it does though.

I like the way everyone is jumping on the OAKG HGH bandwagon even though when the same thing was posted about L-Glut a month ago everyone lol'd.

Was concerned that MP's customer service had dropped going by a few posts here recently. Yesterdays order placed at 12:45 missed the next day delivery promised, despite having paid the £3.95 for it. Short e-mail to see if the website had not updated turns out that it had infact not been shipped.

However a £5 voucher as a gesture of goodwill and my shipping refunded (still being shipped next day) more than makes up for it :)

Yooooooooou son of a *****!

I try and CANCEL my order after 10 mins of ordering the damn thing and they won't let me, and other my nothing :(

Oh well.

Thats because Glutamine doesnt actually affect GH levels at all, according to the studies done, where as OAKG does. Also a lot on here already take Glutamine because of its other benefits anyway.

Ice i might give it a shot, i already have dextrose in the PWO but only 30g. Also by the time i take it i have hit the 12-14 hour fast window anyway so hopefully even if fat burning is interrupted the effects will be negligible.

Good for you. I prefer quality. You money, your call.

If it tastes ****, then it's probably ****.

Each to their own.

When the KTC oil is melted, it is tasteless, but when its cold/hard, the taste is no good.

The oil from Amazon has already been despatched, so next week, I shall do a taste comparison and see if the expensive stuff tastes any different from the cheap stuff.

For people looking to shed weight, why are none of you using pills like Alli?
The fat binders, effectively prevent you from digesting fats. So, for those on a high fat diet, you should be able to lose a lot of weight.

Reading reviews on Amazon, for the most part, this pill does seem to work.
Why is nobody speaking of these pills on this forum?

So, buy and consume high (healthy) fat foods. Buy pill to stop digestion of fats. **** out all the fat => shredded?

If you think about the effect that a pill like Alli has on calorie digestion to an effect, you can achieve the same outcome without having to shell out for a pill. A 50/50 macro of protein/carbs...
