My other bar (6ft) is 15 kg so I'd say 7.5/10
That feels when it's finally warm enough to squat in shorts....and then have them rip at the bottom of your squat :/
I always thought the shorter bars were 15kg and the EZ bar was 10kg.
It's probably someone either in the gym, work or home that's carrying that bug.
Only time I've gotten sick at the gym is after I could hear and see someone with the flu coughing and spluttering around in there and on the treadmil.
A day later I had an itchy throat, after that sick as a dog. I rarely get sick though.
Heyfever is the real killer for me, and training.
It's far more likely down to poor diet than picking up germs at the gym.
