I'm on T-Mob Firmware - can I download BTU (I Think that's generic uk firmware) and just install via Odin to update my firmware?

I want to go from firmware MDD to MDM.

It does look really nice! And has good reviews too ... But like xibinim just pointed out, according to the weight on the Amazon website, it weighs more than the phone does ... I'm not sure how a case can weigh so much?

Also how is the boxed weight and item weight the same? Surely the box must add to the weight? I'm wondering if Amazon have just not had time to actually weigh the case and have just put the boxed weight as the item weight

Can't seem to see the weight of it anywhere online either

But anyway it looks like a nice case, so providing it is that nice in real life I might just keep it ... We will see :)

Tried both the black and white models at P4U today, damn they don't look crap at all! Hardly any lag on the retail models, and screen much much better than my previous once upon a time S3!

Was quite impressed by them, at one point I was hangover, I thought the note 2 was the S4!

But the S4 does look lovely in person compared to the pictures.
 
Got mine all sorted now, used an online template in the end, worked a treat!
Had a really good look at the screen but can't see any problems with tints or pinky hues all seems to be working well.
Immediately stuck apex launcher on it and restored a backup saved on my galaxy nexus, so got it all laid out the way I'm used too within minutes.Also not noticing any lag at all or anything detrimental with the phone in any way, so on the whole very happy with my purchase so far!
 
its so frustrating - why couldn't they have released the 32gb as the standard version

16gb just seems an artificial limitation for what is a high end phone
 
could wait any longer. was going to hold off until the google I/O, to see what nexus and motorola had to offer but the deciding factor for me was the removable battery and 5.0" full hd screen

i ended up getting the phone today in white with o2 doing the £429 deal.

i coming from an iphone 5, my first iphone i have ever had and i can say it will be the last iphone i will ever purchase. android is just so much more advanced and less restrictive in terms of apps and performance.

good to be back with samsung having had an s2 in the past.

There is apparently a bbc watchdog show on the s4 because of the misleading 16gb storage being only 8-9gb something useable, but i don't really care, i bought a 32gb class 10 microsd for £11, it would have been nice if Samsung did release 32gb+64gb models

can anyone recommend a cheap S-view clone/replica or a bumber case.

what screen protectors are good with the phone as well?
 
15 minutes into being on hold trying to get through to T-Mobile to complain about my download speeds. I've not managed to get above 900kb/s whilst out and about on my phone despite having "full reception" and 3G on. Comparatively on my wifi at home I've been able to hit 49Mb/s.

Wish me luck
