New Neighbors from Hell

Been living in this flat for a while now, mine occupies the whole ground floor. Since I've moved here all the other neighbors have been great, friendly, quiet and all you could ask for.

Recently the occupants of one of the flats above me moved out and a new polish couple moved in and have been nothing but a pain and trouble to the rest of the occupants here, me the most as i'm on the ground floor.

The list includes:

Smoking right outside my front window, especially when it's open and I have asked them about 30 times to not do it
Leaving rubbish just thrown next to the bins, not in, when they are clearly no way near full.
listning to loud music till gone 5am, they obviously don't work
having adult relations till very late in the night, she is a serious screamer.
having friends over all the time and standing chatting in the halls loudly
and the rest...

Any ideas on what to do? I've confronted them several times and they just ignore what I say.

O and please no Boxing stance

Don't have a Landlord since I own it, but we do have building managers which won't do anything. I am also already logging everything.

No, I live in my own flat, with a mixture of people who own and those that rent.

We had Lithuanians next to us, they tried it on with loud music i had to put a stop to that straight away, and they know what to expect if it happens again.

Don't take any rubbish from disrespectful people and neighbours, be straight in there and deal with it.

Most of these kinds of people are testing the water to see what they can get away with.

I feel sorry for you but your must deal with it.

Are you male or female? If male be aggressive with them and tell them straight, if you back down they will take the wee wee even more.

Speak to their landlord if they rent
Contract they have signed likely forbids most of this

I was thinking about doing this, but I'm not sure if they rent or own, is there anyway to find out?

Report the managers to next managers up in the chain? Their failure to comply, then it's trading standards / watchdog time.

There wasn't an advertisement outside, like a sign or something. I'm only taking a stab in the dark that they don't work, since I've never seen them leave except to go to the pub just across the street.

Good advise, might try going down this path.

It's just annoying when you have smoke blowing in your window, especially when I'm asthmatic.
