Went to the global market today. Had a spicy buffalo burger with cheese and a small plate of dutch pancakes, with fresh cream and chocolate sauce.

Guess thats my diet ****** for another week. I'll be glad when the market buggers off again tomorrow and I can get my weight loss back on track

Instead of dieting, can you not just try and exorcise a bit and keep eating what you eat but in moderation?

You can still have everything you eat but less of it.

Get the small milkshake instead of a large one. Small fries instead instead medium.

I have been going to the gym. Lost just over 3 stone in weight in combination with watching what I've been eating.

Just that I was away on holiday in York, which was a bit of a food and drink binge fest, and now a week after getting back this global market is in town, which is hard to pass up on.

But come Monday it will be gone and I will be getting things back on track, come hell or high water!
