I'd be inclined to update to MEA first, I9505XXUBMEA is needed for Omega 5, WanamLite doesn't include modems. So possible wifi/LTE issues.

Soon as you're rooted and the custom recovery is in and it's all working (wifi etc) grab a backup of the EFS folder and a Nandroid before you move on to the roms.

Is this a bug or feature of the S4/Omega? When I press up and down on the volume rocker - the text sizes changes. Quite handy :cool:

Though I can't change my volume inside a message.

How do you install CM10.1 apks on wanam?
Do you uninstall the existing apps first (like stock SMS app and them install cm version)?

There may have been a minor change or two from stock, csc area codes nothing really or it wouldn't work.

So yeah always grab a copy of the EFS folder and keep it off the phone. Then even if you have a corrupted flash you can push the folder back with ADB to restore the IMEI etc. Just zip it up in something like Root Explorer.

when you say backup efs folder, do you mean literally make a copy of the folder, for example to my PC or external sd?

Actually I didn't know they'd moved the NV files till I read that. Normally I'd just zip EFS and fix permissions later, but reading that I'll grab those blocks now.
