Its sealed in its original box as a regular brand new unit would be, but there is a 'refurbished' sticker under the plastic.

I haven't opened it up yet, but will let you know when I do. Going from that though, I would assume its all there.

Here are some pictures of the unit I received. Everything appears to be in impeccable condition, in-fact I wouldn't question it's condition if I were told it was brand new.

The pictures aren't the best, but I tried my hardest to battle with the lameness of my phone camera.

You would have to take the cellophane wrapping off to take the sticker off, which would detract from its 'newness'

I would test it out of your case first mate, just in case.

A guy in this thread had his delivered yesterday and it was leaking everywhere
