Why are people buying these? Air cooling is just as efficient and as quiet without the risk of leaks.
Deffo ordering a H100 now, price is too good too miss. Goodbye stock cooler.
No reason whatsoever why a refurbed unit should not be identical to a brand new one.

I would test it out of your case first mate, just in case.
A guy in this thread had his delivered yesterday and it was leaking everywhere

Starter for ten :
1) cheaper than a very high end air cooler of similar performance
2) will fit cases that high end air coolers will not
Erm, you're referencing the beginning of *this* thread.![]()
Right well its already in the case, so i'll just get the kitchen towells out for the first power on and keep my hand on the switch on the PSU, but I think everything should be OK.
There is a molex connector and a 3 pin connector coming out of the block, which one(s) do I plug in? Is the 3 pin for the pump, and the molex for the fan headers on the block? (which I am not using)

I've got a Xigmatek Gaia cooler, half the price and I can easily run a 2500K at 4.7Ghz, would this cooler really perform any better?
Gaia? What temps?
Next person to be scaremongering about leaks is getting a holiday. These are clearly refurb units that have been made new again.
If you cannot see that from the pics posted already by happy customers then you are clearly only in the thread to trash it.
I would just like to add that mine is NOT leaking, and it is keeping my freshly tapped in overclock of 4.8GHz (1.4v) at a nice steady 60 ~ 65°C on Prime95 Blend.![]()
Good temps, what processor?
