Yeah :) We have a really good bunch of guys, one minute they are screaming killing each other the next minute they are grouped up taking someone else on. We are lucky to have the player base we have really.
 
people have already ported it over but need rockets permission which he obviously wont give yet as he needs to sell standalone.

might be something going off at moment or forum was hacked last night (yep some guy did hack the official dayz forums dean confirmed it on reddit) i checked it last night before it was down and a guy had put a penguin with a ak and a dnb tune instead of the forums ;) .


from what i seen on twitter and reddit standalone should be out for august at gamescon

think thats supposed to be a playable alpha there. so finger crossed august.

The arma 3 port of dayz actually runs really well although it is kinda buggy. Not sure if they need Deans approval as they named it zoombies didnt they? Either way you can download install/play and host it on your own server as long as you lock it and friends only (I emailed MistaD)

We've opened up a DayZ Overwatch server, could you add it to the main page please mods.

Its basically Breaking Point, its just not broken.

We're not sure how popular its going to be so we're trialling it!

price for standalone was said earlier in a video by matt lighthouse in which he said 15-20 euros so 13-15 quid. not bad if it stays at that.

also i asked him when the official forums should be back up should be sometime today hopefully :cool:
 
overwatch great mod :cool:

been on a few servers killed admin on first one i was on got banned :p

on a german one at moment you parachute in :cool:
 
I hope they fix the re-login times with servers, sitting at login screens or black screens or even Receiving data is extremely tedious!

What servers m8? Not seen that, I have a weird issue where battleye can sometimes take an age to verify my guid. Others times its right in, just seems to be me :mad:
 
you have para drop ins?

makes a big difference with that on a lot more fun.

think ill try to find a good overwatch server to play on regular.

Anyone actually tried Zoombies? Been watching some vids, and it looks pretty decent for an early mod.

More than anything, being able to set up some private servers is even more of a bonus.
 
Yeah I have, inventory saves now as well, aiming is smooth as hell. Unsure about cars etc, but you can shoot and kill which is the main part :) It is on the cherno map as well.
 
I think any mod on arma3 that has saves will be difficult due to battleeye not being on yet purely for the log files.

No mods yet dg we want to see if its alright first but it seems ok so we can start modding it after the weekend :)
