I just use MP's Flavdrops - the vanilla and strawberry work fine with water (haven't tried banana), chocolate and toffee are okay but work better when I throw oatz in as well. Can get experimental mixing flavours in differing amounts too.

+1 to the drops. have strawberry here and it tastes great
 
The apple and raspberry are ehhh, I tend to mix them (e.g. strawberry/raspberry/apple, raspberry/chocolate, toffee/apple etc) but wouldn't buy them again as they remind me of cheap sweets.
 
I've been working my way through The Protein Works flavours.

I don't know why they make them so sweet, what the **** is wrong with their tastebuds? Chocolate Silk is so sweet it gives me a headache.

Caramel Machiato is a bit better, but still sickly.

Vanilla Creme - there we go. Not too sweet, tastes milky with a hint of vanilla (melted vanilla icecream) with water. That's going to be my choice.

I'll have to try the flavoured TPW - I only tried jaffa cake when I had a free sample and it was vile. I just add organic chocolate powder to mine at the moment.
 
Anyone tried the GoNutrition samples? Looks like some decent competition to TPW is coming. From what I gather GoNutrition is being run by the founder of MP and the guys who run TPW were directors of MP?

Do we actually have a dedicated diet thread in here? I don't like bringing up diet related stuff in the Gym Rats thread, I think people are fed up with the same old conversations about LG IF.
 
I was consistently lied to over a 3 month period while trying to get a refund that had apparently been issued, in the end someone with half a brain must have read my email because they checked and seen it hadn't been issued.
The compensation was a 10% voucher, which considering the promos they were running for the general public at the time just made me think they were bigger masterbaters than I already did.
 
Not sure if its because I am looking on mobile but on MP there is 4 types of creatine with two of them being called different names 'creatine monohydate' and 'creapure' which is also creatine monohydrate but they are different prices???
