Can't you get all LCD screens to look like that at 100% brightness in a dark room at a certain angle? :D The N4's screen is certainly not like a Sony where viewing angles can be a problem.

Here's another extreme viewing angle from the same review, all I can see is poor calibration and a less effective polariser system. :p

What I posted was the extreme, I had an N4 and my mate has one currently, takes only a split second for me to notice the shift in viewing angles in normal usage.

But then again that's just me. And that's one of the reasons I prefer OLED, esp the one on the GS4.

Your right, just tested it on the HTC One, regarded as one of the best Phone LCDs out there. Does the same milky white but to a lesser extent.

And I agree the N4 isn't nearly as bad as the Xperia Z.

That's cemented it, me and phone LCDs will never get along :D

Noticed that since the most recent OTA update my phone no longer sleeps automatically, which isn't very helpful for battery life.
Any ideas how I might be able to fix this?
I'm running on stock 4.3
 
Ordered one as a stop gap for a few months.

Sold GS2 for £100, picked up an 8GB which Dad can take after me for £180. Awesome!
 
I ordered a Nexus 4 16GB as the price was too good for what you get, yesterday around 2PM, but no shipping confirmation yet.

Just wanted to find out if anyone else who has ordered at a similar time has got a confirmation?

Mine at the moment shows delivery for 02/09... but on actual order says Pending still and checked my account, no money has been taken out yet.
