Right, Neil has covered all of the good stuff, so genuinely:
WHAT?
has been most disappointing for you THIS YEAR and :
WHY?
Mine would have to be Bioshock Infinite, because I was expecting it to be as epic as the first, and IMO it wasn't.
edit: Just for a little clarity I will count up the votes after a few days and put them into 2 categories:
THE RESULTS ARE IN!!!!
So the awards for the Turdiest (most broken) games of 2013 are:
First place - X-Rebirth
Second Place- a joint second! Rome Total War 2 and BF4 share this
Third place - Aliens: Colonial Marines
Honourable mention goes to The Ashes 2013, while the amount of people who actually seem to have played then voted for it is quite low having to pull a game off sale must require something epically bad. Unfortunately I can't count votes based on the youtube lolvideos.
And now for the most disappointing
First place - Bioshock Infinite
Second place - BF4
Third place - Joint third between Rome Total War 2 and Sim City
No honourable mention for the most disappointing here, however it is clear that a lot of big name games are now broken on release rather than lacking in story or a good conclusion!
1. Worst, this will be for the likes of A:CM, where the release is broken and, despite possible patching is maybe still unplayable or 'refund-worthy'
2. Most disappointing, from most of the posts I can see where people were let down by maybe a bad story, or expected more from the game, but the game itself is not inherently broken or unplayable
