Other than scoring v Everton and in the mikey mouse cup he hasn't done anything. He's hardly made the match day squad and when he has he has been an unused sub, even during massive injury crises.

Most fans have given up on him but I'd still like to see him have a run of starts to see what he can do but MP doesn't seem a fan. He's been a massive waste of money in transfer and wages so I either hope we decide to use him or try and make most of it back.

Id really like to see him and Osvaldo start together but I don't think we'll ever see it.

What a shame :(

Like Osvaldo, I think they are players who need a good set of games until they start to shine. They are not players will will shine in the one off appearances, or if you sub them in the last 20 minutes. I remember Ramirez being agile, quite technical and with a good vision/passing ability.

Shame to see him career droop like that.

And I had though that since Shouthampton is a 'smaller' club he might get the run of games he needed. I think the explosion of players like Lallana and Jay Rodriguez didn't help.

ON ANOTHER NOTE.

Just read Heitinga might go to West Ham. Good. Don't want him at Roma. Although I feel that he wouldn't want to go to West Ham as they won't be able to guarantee him a huge salary.

What on earth makes you think we'll get Reus? I certainly wouldn't object, mind.

And Kagawa, "our Modric", what?!
Triggering the clause in Reus' contract? Don't see why we just don't try Kagawa in CM, the mf can not get any worse. He won't be on the wing and he'll push forwards and actually pass the ball.

You may joke, but I think Everton would sell for £50m, or perhaps even less.

Pretty risky for any club buying at that price though. With the World Cup on the way the press might mess the poor lad up, him being English and all.

Kenwright said he wouldn't sell Rooney for less than £50m... a week later and he's gone. :D

Thought I think Hodgson and the FA would rather Barkley plays regular football than go for big money some where and bench warm a lot.

In other news Heitinga is off to West Ham, on loan for the rest of the season and they are then taking him on a free. Paying him the £60k a week we are mind.

So Chelsea have made a £50m loss, and are yet linked to a spending spree this winter, what a load of **** if they are loss making they shouldn't be able to buy! Takes the **** out of financial rules!

Like city need anymore players :p
Don't think they could spend without letting any players go. Maybe Chelsea won't spend now after their £50m loss, unless they sell Lukaku to Everton and Torres back to Liverpool so they can recoup £35m at least from them two.

I want him to get rid of Mata, hope United bid £30m for him.

Moyes doesn't like buying in January he says so I think we are just about to be let down gently as to how the rest of our season will pan out.

The thing is afaik this is the second season that will count, or maybe last season was the second season. The first year people could/should be punished was going to be after 3 years at which point you were allowed an average over 3 years of something like 50mil in losses, I forget the numbers as they were not surprisingly increased from the original plans.

CHelsea's problem is they made a sub 2mil profit in one year due to a bunch of things, winning the champs league, lots of their bigger buys finally being paid off(in terms of the amortisation of the costs being spread over multiple seasons). I said at the time though, it will end up mostly fancy accounting, putting one player's transfer fee on the next years numbers, that kinda crap and next season they'd be back to heavy losses. To keep a 50mil average in losses for 3 seasons they will basically need to break even again this year, then it goes down each year and is supposed to get to the point of 10-15mil average losses over 3 years. If it goes down to say 40mil. Then they need to break even this year AND increase that to a 10mil profit the year after.

Chelsea don't have the stadium income of the likes of Utd/Arsenal, nor the unfair tv deals of the likes of Real/Barca or the commercial income of those teams excluding Arsenal. They don't have the base ability to spend what they do with the income they have to pass FFP long term. They need to increase stadium capacity by 100% and have it ready errm, today(well done CHelsea fans for being ****'s about not trusting Roman with a stadium and screwing your club).

We'll have to see but I suspect the dodgy ass sponsorship deals the likes of City have signed will become all too common. Some Ruski who just happens to do business with some other business Roman owns will Sponsor Chelsea to the tune of I dunno, 50mil a year, and Roman will probably offer 50mil a year savings in the other business to this guy......

FFP was always going to be a joke, it was always going to let stupid stupid stupid rich owners play silly games to beat it will hamstringing "normal" owners.
