I got a load from there Friday, was yours in the clear front, what back plastic bag?

All mine work and charge fine, they had others in a blue (I think) bag too
 
I seem to have an issue with my 5 where the signal (EE) drops to one bar and I get no sms, data, until I restart the handset or soft reset, I have reset network settings to see if this corrects it

Anyone else had a similar issue, it's in Apple Care until August 2014
 
I had similar issues with my 5. Tried to reset settings/phone/restorce etc but nothing helped.

As a last resort I removed the SIM card - cleaned contacts (gold bit) with an eraser. Not had any problems since.

I have this problem every now and then,i usually just put it in air plane mode then back to normal and it resets the network settings,works for me anyway saves turning phone off and then on.

I've tried that but it doesn't seem to do the trick for me :(

Might contact Apple and see what they might be able to do

I wonder if that's to do with EE, my iPhone 4S and 5 both did it but I switched to three with my 5S and it's been wonderful since.

As an aside, I've not had any trouble with apps on my 5S either. iOS7 is still just as quick and snappy as the day I bought it.

If this is an iPhone 5S you're talking about then the rattle is probably the power button and according to people on Mac Rumors most iP5S have the rattle.
